一种矿用高压电缆介质损耗在线检测系统的设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对现有的煤矿井下高压电缆介质损耗离线式检测方法存在耗时耗力、检测精度易受环境影响的问题,设计了一种测量电缆接地线微弱接地电流的微电流传感器,并利用该传感器设计了一种基于过零点法的矿用高压电缆介质损耗在线检测系统;介绍了该在线检测系统的组成和在线检测原理。仿真及实验结果表明,该系统性能稳定、测量精度高、抗干扰能力强,能够准确地在线测量高压电缆的介质损耗。 In order to solve problems of consuming too much time and resource and unstable precision caused by environment of existing off-line detecting method for dielectric loss of high-voltage cable of coal mine underground,a micro-current sensor was designed for measuring micro grounding current of cable's earth line,and by use of the sensor,an on-line detecting system for dielectric loss of mine-used high-voltage cable was designed based on zero-crossing point comparing method.The composition and on-line detecting principle of the system were introduced.The results of simulation and test showed that the system has stable performance,high measuring precision and strong anti-interference ability,and can on-line measure dielectric loss of high-voltage cable accurately.
