Cry1Ab杀虫蛋白在转Bt水稻中的表达及在害虫体内的积累动态 被引量:4

摘要 室内研究了Cry1Ab蛋白在转Bt水稻茎和叶片中的表达及在害虫稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Gue-nee)幼虫体内的积累动态。结果表明,Cry1Ab蛋白在水稻各部位中均有表达。不同生育期及稻株不同部位中Cry1Ab蛋白的表达量有差异。总的趋势是生育前期的表达量较生育后期高。在时间上,主茎中的蛋白在分蘖期最高,成熟期最低,而叶片中蛋白的表达在整个生育期比较稳定。稻纵卷叶螟幼虫取食转Bt基因水稻后,在其体内及粪便中均能检测到Cry1Ab蛋白。其中取食6h前,虫体内的Cry1Ab蛋白含量高于粪便中的;到12 h时,粪便中Cry1Ab蛋白含量高于虫体内,至24 h时达显著水平(P<0.05),直到48 h,粪便中的Cry1Ab蛋白含量一直维持较高水平。 Expression of CrylAb protein in the leaf and stem of Bt rice and accumulation dynamics in larva body of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee were studied in vitro, Results indicated that the expression of CrylAb protein can be found in different parts of rice in different growing stage with different quantity, and expression quantity was higher in early growing stage. The protein contents in the stem were highest in tillering stage and lowest in mature stage, while they were stable in the leaf. CrylAb protein can be detected in the body and dejecta of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee which ate BT rice. The protein contents in body were more than these in dejecta in 6 h after eating, and those in body were less than in dejecta in 12 h after eating. The protein contents were keeping a high level until 48 h after eating.
