LAMP技术及其在食品安全检测中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)是一种新型的体外等温扩增特异核酸片段的技术,具有灵度高、扩增效率高及特异性强等优点。对LAMP的原理和其在食品安全领域的应用进行了综述和展望。
