摘要
对乙烯装置高压锅炉给水系统中存在的给水腐蚀、炉水结垢和炉水夹带等问题进行了分析,阐述了药剂EWPT-6206控制炉水pH值和过剩氧的原理以及EWPT-6355控制沉积物的反应机理,并介绍了药剂的使用方法。对加药前后的炉水排污率、超高压蒸汽pH值和除氧水含氧量等检测数据进行了对比,对比结果表明,两种药剂能有效提高蒸汽质量,降低锅炉给水系统的腐蚀。
It was analyzed that problems of corrosion by water feeding,boiler water deposits and boiler water entrained in the high pressure boiler water feeding system of the ethylene plant.The principle for pH of boiler water controlled by EWPT-6206 and surplus oxygen;reaction mechanism of sediments controlled by EWPT- 6355 were illustrated respectively,method for use of the agents introduced.The rate of blowdown,pH of steam with super-high pressure and oxygen content in deoxygenated water with the agents were compared with that without the agents.The results show that the two agents both can improve steam quality obviously and slow down the corrosion in the water feeding system.
