摘要 研究了双氧水漂白珍珠纳米颗粒/粘胶共混纤维织物(简称珍珠纤维织物)的工艺,分析了漂白液的pH值、温度、时间、双氧水用量、稳定剂硅酸钠用量对珍珠纤维织物白度和顶破强力的影响,并通过正交试验确定了双氧水漂白珍珠纤维织物的优化条件:H2O2(100%)8 g/L,硅酸钠1 g/L,80℃处理40 min,漂液pH值为11.漂白后织物白度提高55.24%,但强力下降12.9%. The bleaching of pearl nanoparticies/viscose blend fiber fabric (abbreviation pearl fiber fabric) with hydrogen peroxide was studied. The effects of the bleach solution pH value, temperature, time, hydrogen peroxide dosage, stabilizer Na2SiQ3 dosage on the whiteness and bursting strength of pearl fiber fabric were analyzed. The optimal conditions of the hydrogen peroxide bleaching was investigated through orthogonal experiments: 8 g/L of H2O2 (100%), 1 g/L of Na2SiO3,treated at 80 ℃ for 40 min, pH value of bleaching liquor was 11. The whiteness of bleached fabric was increased 55.24%, but the strength decreased 12.9%.
