摘要
从绿色供应链管理(GSCM)的思想出发,提出了一个分布式逆向物流的数学规划模型,主要研究逆向物流网络中带有收集点的物流成本优化问题,同时为了简化模型,给出了解决这个问题的启发式算法。该方法通过启发式的集中过程,可以减少子问题的决策变量集以及迭代次数而达到最优,并对容量受限的选址运输问题(CPLP)进行了改进。测试结果表明,该方法可以通过适中的计算工作量而得到较高质量的结果。
Based on the concept of Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM),this paper presents a mathematical programming model for a problem how to construct a distribution model and optimize logistics cost for reverse logistics with collection sites.Due to the complexity of the proposed model,a heuristic solution methodology is given for this problem.The solution methodology complements a heuristic concentration procedure,where sub-problems with reduced sets of decision variables are iteratively solved to optimality,and improves the Capacitated Plant Location Problem(CPLP).Computational tests demonstrate that high-quality solutions are obtained while expending modest computational effort.
