摘要
针对草原无电户用电难的现状,依据政府政策以及牧区群众生活特点及分布状况,探讨太阳能供电可持续问题。
Based on the status quo of prairie households without electricity,according to the government policies as well as characteristics and distribution of people＇s life,the sustainability of solar power is explored.
