摘要 目的评价AO微型钛板治疗第5掌骨基底部骨折的疗效。方法自2005年1月至2007年6月应用微型钛板经掌背侧切口切开复位内固定治疗第5掌骨基底部骨折29例,按TAM标准评定手指功能。结果 29例骨折伤口均一期愈合,其中26例得到有效随访,平均随访时间15.3月(6~20个月)。骨折临床愈合平均时间7.4周(8~16周),其中优19例,良4例,优良率88.5%。结论 AO微型钛板内固定治疗第五掌骨基底部骨折固定牢靠,有利于术后早期功能锻炼及骨折愈合。 Objective study the curative effect of internal fixation with AO mini titanium plate in the treatment of the fifth metacarpal base fractures. Methods From January 2005 to June 2007, open reduction and internal fixation with mini plate were done in 29 cases with the fifth metacarpal base fractures, and the function of affected hand was evaluated according to TAM scales. Results All incisions came to primary union in 29 cases, and twenty-six of them conformed to regular following-up postoperatively with an average period of 15.3 months (6-20 months). The bone clinical union time was 7.4 weeks in average (8~16 weeks). According to TAM scales,excellent results were achieved in 19 cases, good in 4 cases, with an excellent and good rate of 88.5%. Conclusion Internal fixation with mini titanium plate in the treatment of the fifth metacarpal base fractures can obtain a firm and sturdy osteosysthesis which is in favor of functional exercise and bone union.
