摘要
Objective To determine the preventive measure against immune rejection after PKP.Methods Clinical analysis of 86 Cases (100 eyes) of immune rejection after PKP were studied.Results It was revealed that corneal vascularization,large graft,previous keratifis,eccentric graft,second graft and risk factors for corneal graft rejection.Prorking factors were described as an epithelium falling,corneal disease recuring,repeating grafting and the removing of the suture.Conclusion Reducing differences of antigen between donors at molecular level,developing more effective immune restraining drug and creating good environment of immune tolerant may be good measures for controlling graft rejection.
