摘要 对桑葚中白藜芦醇采用有机溶剂超声提取的方法,确立了提取的最佳的工艺是料液比(g/mL)1∶25,超声时间5min,超声提取次数2次。原料经超声提取、过滤除渣以及一系列除杂、旋蒸后就可得到白藜芦醇。 The resveratrol has various health care functions, the mulberry have a certain content through the research measurement. This experiment the method that the resveratrol adopted the super voice of organic melting agent to withdraw to the mulberry, and established the best condition for withdraw: The time is 5 minutes; A number of times is 2 times; The material compare is 1∶25 (g/mL). Raw material after ultrasonic withdraw, filter and a series in addition to miscellaneous the decompression steam the stem and then can get the resveratrol.
