摘要
目的：测定心脏超声造影剂声微显注射液的白蛋白微球浓度和直径。方法：库尔特粒度分析仪小孔直径７０μｍ，小孔电流８００μＡ，增益系数２，操作方式为Ｓｉｐｈｏｎ５００μｌ。精密吸取样品，以９ｇ·Ｌ－１ＮａＣｌ溶液稀释至１００ｍｌ，搅匀后立即测定。结果：测试杯中微球浓度在７．９８×１０４～３９．９０×１０４ｍｌ－１时呈良好的线性关系；浓度测定的ＲＳＤ为０．９１％，直径测定的ＲＳＤ为１．３０％；测定准确度为９９．５％。结论：用库尔特颗粒粒度分析仪测定声微显注射液的白蛋白微球，方法可靠，测定结果准确。
OBJECTIVES:To analyse air filled albumin microspheres of Shengweixian injection,an ultrasound contrast agent.METHODS:The parameters of the Coulter Multisizer was set that the orifice diameter was 70μm,the aperture current and gain were 800μA and 2 separately,and instrument control was siphon 500μl.Samples were diluted to 100ml with 9g·L -1 NaCl solution. RESULTS :It was linear over the range of 0.7～3.5×10 5ml -1 .The RSDs of the concentration and diameter analysis were 0.91% and 0.72% respectively. The average recovery was 99.5%.CONCLUSION:This method is proper,accurate and reliable for analyzing albumin microspheres of Shengweixian injection.
