摘要
目的探讨计划行为理论在孕妇科学补钙行为干预研究中的应用效果。方法应用计划行为理论设计影响孕妇科学补钙行为因素问卷,找出孕妇该行为的影响因素,以此发展干预方案。对照组(83人)接受常规孕妇学校教育,干预组(85人)在孕妇学校的基础上接受基于计划行为理论的个体化干预,包括作用于主体规范、行为态度、感知行为控制。结果两组干预前后孕妇膳食钙摄入量组内比较和干预后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论计划行为理论能提取影响孕妇科学补钙行为的主要因素,针对性的营养干预能有效提高孕妇膳食钙摄入量。
Objective To explore the application of Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) in the intervention of scientific intake of calcium for pregnant women.Methods A questionnaire concerning influencing factors of calcium intake behavior for pregnant women was designed according to the TPB.The questionnaire was used to investigate pregnant women and the factors which halted women from supplementing calcium were found out.Interventional plans were developed based on the investigation.A control group of 83 cases received routine education at pregnant women school,while the interventional group of 85 cases received individualized intervention based on the TPB additionally,including subjective regulation,behavior attitude,and perceived behavior control.Results After intervention,the amount of dietary calcium intake was significantly higher in the interventional group than in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion TPB can extract the important factors which halt women from supplementing calcium,and help researchers to develop individualized interventions which can increase dietary calcium intake of pregnant women effectively.
