摘要
挤镦复合成形工艺属于单工位多动作冷挤压,是一种适合加工带法兰杯形件的全新成形方法。本文用有限元法对汽车轮胎螺母挤镦复合成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了变形过程中工件的应变、应变速率、速度分布以及冲头从工件中拔出时的应力分布,揭示了挤镦复合成形过程中金属的塑性变形规律。
Extrusion-upsetting forming technology is multiple-operation cold extrusion process at single position and a new method by which cup with flange can be formed.In this paper,numerical simulation of automotive tyre nut forming process is presented by FEM.Strain,strain rate,velocity distribution in the workpiece during forming and stress distribution in the punch are also analyzed.Material plastic forming law during extrusion-upsetting forming is revealed.
