摘要
以金刚石小锯片连续烧结炉的温度控制系统为例,介绍了S7-200PLC在温度控制系统中的应用.该系统采用CPU226主机、热电偶模块EM231、模拟量输出模块EM232和晶闸管电压调整器实现了温度的PID控制.通过采用分段式PID控制烧结炉温度,实现了快速升温,系统升温超调量小、稳态温差小(±5℃),达到了金刚石小锯片的生产工艺要求.
This paper introduces S7-200 PLC applied in temperature control system,takes the temperature control system of sintering furnace for a small saw blade for example.The system realizes PID control of temperature by using CPU226 mainframe,thermocouple Module EM231,analog output module EM232 and thyristor voltage regulator.By using subdivision control of PID in temperature control of sintering furnace,this system realizes rapid temperature rising,little overshoot of temperature,small temperature error in steady-state(±5℃).The system has reached the processing requirements of small saw blade.
