摘要
[目的]探寻吊兰吸收甲醛的最佳条件。[方法]单因素试验中设定不同的赤霉素浓度、pH值、处理时间和吸收温度,研究4种因素对吊兰吸收甲醛物的影响,并以此结果与正交试验相结合采用乙酰丙酮荧光光度法研究吊兰吸收甲醛的最佳工艺。[结果]因素试验表明,当赤霉素浓度为13.0μg/ml、pH值为6.5、温度为20℃时,吊兰吸收甲醛的效果最好,处理时间越长吊兰吸收甲醛越多。4种因素对吊兰吸收甲醛的影响大小次序为:处理时间>pH值>温度>赤霉素浓度。根据正交试验的结果,吊兰吸收甲醛的最佳工艺条件为:赤霉素浓度13.0μg/ml、pH值6.5、处理时间240 min、温度20℃。在此条件下,吊兰吸收甲醛的能力可提高约12%。[结论]该研究可为快捷治理室内甲醛污染问题提供参考。
[Objective] The study aimed to explore the optimum conditions for chlorophytum absorption of formaldehyde.[Method] In the single-factor test the different GA concentration,pH,treating time and absorption temperature were set to research the effects of 4 factors on the chlorophytum absorption of formaldehyde and their results were combined with the orthogonal test to study the optimum technology for chlorophytum absorption of formaldehyde by using acetyl acetone fluorometry.[Results] The single factor test showed that,when the GA was 13.0 μg/ml,pH value was 6.5,temperature was 20 ℃,the chlorophytum could get the best absorption of formaldehyde and the longer treating time could made the more formaldehyde absorbed by the chlorophytum.Four kinds of factors affecting the chlorophytum absorption of formaldehyde were in the order of processing time 〉pH value temperature 〉GA concentration.Based on the results of the orthogonal test,the optimum technology conditions for chlorophytum absorption of formaldehyde should be GA concentration of 13.0 μg/ml,pH value of 6.5,processing time of 240 min and temperature of 20 ℃.[Conclusion] The study provide the reference for fast control of indoor formaldehyde pollution.
