摘要
棉花三系杂交种中常出现一定比例的不育株,而影响了产量。通过以Wnafstu-1、Wnafstu-2两个不育系群体,恢复系Fan’s1号和恢复系原材料b两恢复材料为试材,严格控制授粉和开放授粉两种制种方式进行制种试验,研究产生不育株现象的原因。结果表明,恢复系种质不纯、制种过程中制种条件控制不严,是导致棉花三系杂交种中出现一定比例不育株现象产生的重要根源;在棉花胞质雄性不育三系制种中,恢复系种质纯度是这一现象产生的决定因素,制种条件控制不严是这一现象产生的人为因素。同时对棉花胞质雄性不育三系培育中,恢复系的选育标准和三系制种的环境问题进行了讨论。
A proportional sterility plants(%) existed in the three-line hybrid cotton(Gossypium) population,resulting in the yield decrease.Aimed to explore the mechanism of origination of sterility plants in the three-line hybrid cotton,two sterile lines(Wnafstu-1,Wnafstu-2) and two restorer lines(i.e.Fan's 1 and b which was the initial material of Fan's 1) were used to produce hybrid cotton in two kinds of environment(CMS line was strictly crossed with the restorer line;CMS line was crossed with restorer line but not excluding other potential pollen).The result indicated that the complexity of restorer line and non-strictly isolation of hybrid seed production were the main cause of arising of some sterility plants.During three-line hybrid seed production,the purity of restorer line was the decisive factor of this phenomenon,and the non-strictly isolation was the noticeable manipulating factor.It were discussed in this paper that the standard of restorer-line breeding during the development of three lines(CMS line,maintainer or restorer lines) and the environment(i.e.the degree of exotic-pollen isolation) of hybrid seed production were important.
