摘要
在定量泵的传统公式模型的基础上,根据其工作物理过程,综合考虑油液的压缩性、泵的吸油特性以及机械损耗,建立定量泵的非线性数学仿真模型;并进一步采用多领域仿真语言Modelica搭建定量泵的非线性仿真模型。将仿真结果、传统公式模型值和实验数据相对比,证明文中所建立的定量泵非线性模型的有效性和精确性。
Based on the analysis of traditional formula model of constant pump, considering compressibility of the oil, character of the oil absorbent of the pump and mechanical loss, the non-linear mathematical model of constant pump was established according to the physical work-process. The non-linear simulation model of constant pump was built using Modelica language to realize the simula- tion and analysis in Dymola software. The simulation results and solutions of traditional formula were compared with experimental data to prove the validity and accuracy of the simulation model.
