摘要 基于弧光反射的弧焊工业机器人智能跟踪焊缝系统能否成功运行,关键问题是需要一个精确、快速的弧光反射照射下的焊缝区工件间隙图像的识别算法。在各种边缘识别方法中,roberts算法的代码执行效率最高,然而该算法对噪声十分敏感。由于焊接条件本身的复杂性,传统的roberts算法受噪声干扰非常严重,提出了一种改进的roberts算法用于该系统。实验证明,改进后的roberts算法在复杂的焊接条件下能够实现焊缝高效、准确的边缘检测和焊缝特征信息的提取,提高了系统的有效性、实时性和环境适应性。 An accurate and rapid algorithms to identify the welding line picture with the arc irradiation is the key problem that the intelligent tracking welding-line system for arc welding robot based the arc reflection run successfully or not.The Roberts algorithms is the most efficient to execute code in the all algorithms of edge identification.But it is very sensitive to noise.The traditional Roberts algorithms is effected by the noise seriously under the complexity of welding condition.So we put forward an improved Roberts algorithms which used in our system.The result proved that the improved roberts algorithm in a complex welding conditions,it can be achieved efficient and accurate edge detection and extraction of weld line feature information to improve our system in validity,realtime and environmental adaptability.
