摘要
目的探讨MMP-2和Ki67在宫颈癌介入化疗前后表达的变化及其对预测介入化疗敏感性的作用。方法在介入化疗前后用免疫组化方法测定46例宫颈癌组织MMP-2、Ki67蛋白的表达。结果宫颈癌介入化疗临床总有效率为78.26%,介入化疗有效率与临床期别无关(2χ=0.161,P>0.05)。介入化疗前后宫颈癌组织中MMP-2、Ki67蛋白的表达差异均有显著性(χ2=4.792、5.134,P<0.05)。介入化疗前MMP-2阳性者介入化疗有效率为82.86%,MMP-2阴性者介入化疗有效率为63.64%,两者比较差异无显著性(2χ=1.817,P>0.05);介入化疗前Ki67阳性者介入化疗有效率为83.78%,Ki67阴性者介入化疗有效率为55.56%,两者比较差异有显著性(χ2=7.521,P<0.05)。结论介入化疗能显著改变宫颈癌组织中MMP-2和Ki67蛋白的阳性表达率,抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖和浸润;介入化疗前检测宫颈癌组织中Ki67蛋白的表达可能用于预测介入化疗的临床疗效。
Objective To explore the expressions of MMP-2 and Ki67 in cervical cancer before and after interventional chemotherapy(IC),and its role in predicting the sensitivity of IC. Methods Expressions of MMP-2 and Ki67 protein in 46 samples of cervical cancer were checked by immunohistochemistry before and after IC. Results The total effective rate of IC was78.26%,which was not correlated with clinical stages(χ2=0.161,P0.05).The differences of expressions of MMP-2 and Ki67 before and after IC were significant(χ2=4.792,5.134;P0.05).Those with positive MMP-2 before IC,the effective power was 82.86%;for those with negative MMP-2,63.64%,no significant difference was found between them(χ2=1.817,P0.05).Those with positive Ki67 before IC,the effective power was 83.78%;and those with negative Ki67,55.56%,the difference between them being significant(χ2=7.521,P0.05). Conclusion Interventional chemotherapy could significantly change the positive expression rate of MMP-2 and Ki67 in cervical cancer tissue and suppress generation and infiltration of cancer cells.Before IC,a detection of Ki67 expression in the cancer tissue is possible to predict the efficacy of the therapy.
