摘要
X效率理论最早由哈维·莱宾斯坦在1966年提出。X效率理论中提出企业存在非配置上的低效率,这种低效率导致企业不能达到效率最大化。结合X效率理论中个人"双重人格"与"惰性区间"的行为分析,提出企业中的员工激励要从本我与超我出发,加强理性与压力的共同作用,从而缓解企业中的X低效率现象。
X efficiency theory was first proposed by Harvey Leibenstein in 1966 o X efficiency theory proposed the existence of non-business configuration,low efficiency and low efficiency leading companies that can not achieve maximum efficiency.Combined with the efficiency of the theory of individual X "double character "and "lazy zone" of behavior analysis,enterprise staff motivation from this and I superego,strengthen the role of reason and relive pressure from enterprises.
