摘要 研究了工艺对BaTiO3基、中温烧结的高介高稳定MLC介质系统电性能的影响。随着BaTiO3合成温度的提高,系统介电系数先升后降,介电系数的变化率一直呈上升趋势,过烧时,瓷料系统的ε-T曲线会成单峰,采用硬度高的锆球作磨球,有助于提高瓷料的介电系数,降低介电系数的变化率。 The effects of process technology on the dielectric properties of BaTiO 3-based X7R-MLC dielectric system sintered at intermediate temperature were investigated.With the increase of the synthesizing temperature of barium titanate,the dielectric constant of the system increased at first and decreased later,but its change rate increased all the time.Too high sintering temperature would lead to the single peak of the ε-T curve of the ceramic system.Using zirconia milling ball with high hardness was good for increasing the dielectric constant and decreasing its change rate.
