摘要
与传统的直接转矩控制相比,采用转矩预测算法的直接转矩控制能够有效提高电机转矩和定子磁链的控制精度。现有算法一般在计算过程专注于转矩增量的控制,而对定子磁链的增量作近似处理,由此导致较大的磁链控制偏差,影响了电机的控制性能;为此提出一种定子磁链控制策略,对转矩预测控制中定子磁链增量进行了改进处理。实验结果表明,在保证转矩控制效果的前提下,所提方法可进一步提高定子磁链的控制精度,改善电机的整体控制性能。
Comparing to conventional direct torque control scheme (DTC),predictive direct torque control algorithm can effectively improve the control accuracy of motor torque and stator flux. Direct torque control focuses mainly on torque control performance. Due to the approximation in state flux analysis,there might be great deviation in flux control,which will influence motor performance. A new stator flux control scheme is proposed,and the incremental part of stator flux is recalculated. Simulation and experiment results show that the proposed method achieves more accurate stator flux control performance without influence torque control. The overall performance of the motor is improved.
