摘要
采用夹点技术对某30万t/a煤气化制甲醇项目的换热网络进行了分析,明确了渣水处理单元、变换热回收单元、低温甲醇洗单元、甲醇合成及精馏单元消耗公用工程的目标值和设计值,揭示了各单元的工艺优化方向和节能潜力。夹点分析结果表明:把整个系统集成起来作为一个有机结合的整体来看待,优化匹配的机会大大增加,节能潜力巨大。
This paper gave an analysis on the heat exchange network of the 300,O00t/a coal-to-methanol plant using the pinch technology. The utilities consumption value and their design value of the slag water treatment unit, the shift/ heat recovery unit, the low temperature methanol wash unit, the methanol synthesis unit and the distillation unit were specified. Besides, the orientation of the process optimization and the potential of energy conservation were suggested. The pinch analysis showed that if we take the system as an integral whole, the opportunity for optimization and energy conservation can be greatly increased.
