摘要
耕地是重要的发展资源,也最易受到毁坏。在系统分析我国耕地不断减少和污染、退化的原因的基础上,提出了全面加强耕地资源保护及其可持续发展的途径和对策。
Plough is the development resources of very important also very easy to be devastated. Based on analyzing the decreasing and polluting of plough gradually in China, and the reasons of degeneration, to propose the strengthening conservation, way of sustainable development and countermeasure of plough resources.
