摘要
目的探讨献血全程护理对献血者的心理影响。方法我站2007年1月～2009年1月初次无偿献血者1000例采血过程进行分析,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各500例,观察组接受良好的心理护理、宣教工作和心理测试,对照组采用常规护理,观察两组献血者献血过程中的采血顺利性和出现的不良反应几率。结果观察组顺利采血率高于对照组,不良反应发生率少于对照组。结论全程有效的护理对无偿献血者献血心理存在良好影响,可以提高顺利采血率和降低不良反应发生率,值得重视。
Objective To study the psychological effects of the whole care in the blood donations process; Methods Select the first time blood donors 1000 case,January 2007 to January 2009 of our blood bank, all cases were randomly divided into two groups . Each group consisted of 500 cases, the observation group received a good psychological care, health education and psychological testing, the control group use usual care, patients were observed in the blood donation process smooth and the downside reaction; Results The observation group smooth blood group rate was higher incidence of adverse reactions than the control group; Conclusion There is a good psychological effect of good and effective care on the process of voluntary blood donors , it can improve the success rate and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of attention.
