摘要
车刀安装偏高可以改善外圆加工切削性能,同时也产生加工误差。通过分析误差产生的规律,提出了调整对刀基准圆尺寸的措施来保证加工质量。
A turning tool being installed on higher position will improve its machinabilities. The machining error that made by installing tool on higher position was analysed,and measures to solve these problems by optimizing cutter-align dimension were put forward.
