摘要
本文基于中国三大地区的省级面板数据,构建计量模型,实证考察财政支出结构对城乡收入差距的影响。实证结果表明,政府财政支出结构对城乡收入差距有显著影响,不同财政支出项目的影响方向不同,且财政支出结构对城乡收入差距的影响在中国三大地区存在差异性。因此,研究财政支出结构对城乡收入差距的影响,不能仅就全国范围考察,还需分区域进行。本文最后根据实证结果提出了一些缩小城乡收入差距的政策建议。
This paper developed econometric models based on the provincial panel data of China＇s eastern,central and western regions,Empirically analyzed the influence Chinese fiscal expenditure structure had done to the income gap between urban and rural residents.The results of regression showed that different fiscal expenditure items had different influence on the income gap between urban and rural residents and differences existed among China＇s eastern,central and western regions.So we should analyze the issue based on disparate regions of China.Finally ,the author come up some suggestions on how to shorten the income gap between urban and rural residents.
