摘要
同济大学新建多功能实验中心为振动台、疲劳试验机和办公综合楼共用的试验厂房,由于其使用功能的特殊性,拟采用隔震技术对其进行隔震方案设计。由于传统隔震设计方案难以满足设计要求,提出了一种改进的局部柱顶隔震技术。首先,对这种改进方案的可行性进行了论述,并与其他隔震方案进行了比较;其次,给出了这种隔震技术的设计方法和步骤并通过有限元分析程序MSC.MARC对振动过程进行模拟并随后进行了非线性时程分析,总结了各个关键参数对隔震效率的影响情况;最后,以同济大学新建振动台实验室为例,应用此技术进行隔震设计,对隔震效果进行了评估。
The newly-built multi-function vibration test center of Tongji University is a comprehensive laboratory that includes shaking table test division,fatigue test division and office.In order to meet its special requirements for isolation,an innovative partial isolation method was proposed by the designers of the laboratory.Firstly,the feasibility of the innovative partial isolation method was discussed and the new method was compared with other isolation methods in this paper.Secondly,the design method and procedure were presented.The finite element analysis software,named MSC.MARC,was applied to simulate the local vibration of the new laboratory and the nonlinear time-history analysis was carried out to get the vibration responses of the structure.At last,the effects of the key parameters on the isolation efficiency were summarized.In addition,the laboratory was designed by this isolation method and the isolation efficiency was evaluated in this paper.
