摘要 本文设计了一套基于嵌入式的整精米特性分析仪,针对优质稻米品质国标参数检测的实际需要,在设计稻米图像采集装置的基础上,系统以基于ARM内核的S3C2410平台为硬件开发环境,利用嵌入式linux系统,实现了对稻米图像的采集及保存。在此基础上,结合图像处理与模式识别技术,利用大津法对图像进行阈值分割,编写相应的图像分析应用程序,实现了对稻米整精米率快速无损检测。 In order to meet the testing of rice quality GB parameters, this article designs a morphological characteristics analyzer for head rice based on Real-time Embedded System. On the basis of designing the equipment which is used to obtain the image of rice, this system is based on ARM core S3C2410 platform. Using the embedded linux system, the system completes image capture and image preservation. Based on those, image processing technology and pattern recognition techniques are applied, and separate the image using OTSU method. At the same time, the applicative program is complied. At last, the systen calculates the head rice rate, and completes a rapid non-destructive testing process.
