摘要
高职教育是培养面向生产、管理、服务第一线的高技能应用型人才,这个培养目标能否实现,除了需要对高职生进行专业技能教育外,非认知技能教育同样需要。通过分析"非认知型技能"的含义以及其在高职教育中的现状,提出设置非认知型技能课程、重视职业发展规划、强化工作准入素质教育是其培养的重要途径。
The education of higher profession is to train applicable people in the first line of production,management and service. Whether this aim can be realized," the non-cognition skill " is also important to higher vocational students,besides the professional skill education. Therefore,understanding the meaning " non-cognition skill" and its present situation in higher vocational education,the corresponding countermeasures can be proposed. It has more to do with the development of the students after their employment.
