摘要
阐述橡胶弹簧对轨道车辆走行部分发展的深刻影响,介绍一种性能远优于橡胶堆旁承的新型橡胶弹簧——沙漏式旁承弹簧,包括其特点、应用实例、主要尺寸和技术性能等。在介绍了这种弹簧载荷一挠度曲线的非线性和其“动一静刚度比”之后,引入了动态下当量静挠度的概念。并对这种弹簧的应用前景作了讨论。
The article describes the profound influence of rubber springs on the improvement of running gear for railway rolling stock. It introduces a new type of rubber spring -hour-glass bearer spring,which is far more superior to rubber block in the aspect of running performance,covering its characteristics,application examples,main dimensions and technical properties etc.. After considering the non-linearity of this spring's load--deflection curve and 'dynamic and static stiffness ratio'of rubber spring,it introduces the concept of equivalent static deflection under dynamic state and discusses the application prospect of this spring.
