摘要
目的调查该院住院患者麻醉药品使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法以该院住院药房微机管理系统提供的2007-2009年度麻醉药品的数据及处方情况进行统计处理和分析。结果使用麻醉药品共5种,其中哌替啶、布桂嗪用量呈下降趋势,芬太尼、吗啡用量呈上升趋势。结论该院麻醉药品使用基本合理,但在癌症止痛治疗中存在一些不合理用药现象。
Objective To investigate of using situation of narcotic drugs,and prove for the rational using of drugs.Methods To the institution in the hospital pharmacy computer system for the 2007-2009 of narcotic drugs and statistical data were statemented and analysed.Results Used of narcotic drugs were five,the consumption of pethidine and bucinnazine were decreased,while fentanyl and morphine were rase.Conclusion The institution on narcotic drugs of using was basic rational,but the pain in cancer treatment had not using drugs rationally phenomenon.
