摘要
本文基于对湖北省336家农村信用社的调查数据,对农村信用社的征信认知情况、信息共享情况与征信效果等进行了分析。研究结果表明:农村信用社对征信的认知程度较高,但信息搜集的深度和广度有待进一步提高,且农户信息普遍没有得到正式法律规章制度的保护;农村信用社虽然对在同业之间信息共享的意愿十分强烈,但对专业的第三方征信机构却持排斥和不信任态度。以上结果说明,激励信息提供、培养现代信贷服务文化,是当前征信制度建设中的主要任务。
Based on the data of surveying 336 Rural Credit Corporations in Hubei,this paper analyzed the Rural Credit Corporation's cognitive complexity of credit reporting,information sharing willingness and credit reporting effects.The results showed that,firstly,Rural Credit Corporations have a high level of cognitive complexity of credit reporting while need to further improve the depth and breadth of information gathering,and formal laws and regulations should to be formulated to protect farmers' information.Secondly,Rural Credit Corporations have strong willingness to share credit information but hold rejective and doubtful attitude to professional third-party.It can be concluded that encouraging the provision of information and developing modern credit service culture should be the main tasks of constructing credit reporting systems.
