摘要
压缩天然气加气站高压地下储气井深埋地下,其使用一定时间后的腐蚀状况是一个值得高度关注的问题。针对储气井井筒可能存在内壁和外壁腐蚀的问题,利用宏观检查、扫描电镜(SEM)分析、能谱(EDX)分析等手段,对某压缩天然气加气站一口使用了12年的报废储气井,对井筒内壁和外壁的腐蚀情况进行了检测和分析。结果表明,井筒内外壁均出现了较为严重的腐蚀,对其腐蚀原因进行了分析。最后根据该分析结果提出了储气井防腐蚀措施。
The underground gas-storing wells in compressed natural gas (CNG) filling stations are deeply buried and more attentions should be paid to their corrosion after being used for a few years because the safe operation of compressed natural gas filling stations is dependent on corrosion. On account of the situation that corrosion may occur on inner and outer walls of underground gas-storing wells, an underground gas-storing well had been chosen as a sample and the corrosion occurred on inner and outer walls had been studied by means of SEM/EDX. The results showed that serious corrosion had taken place near inner and outer walls of the well The corrosion causes were studied. According to the analysis results, some effective measures for corrosion control were proposed for underground gas-storing wells in compressed natural gas filling stations.
