摘要
灾害对儿童的心理和行为会产生一系列的影响,因此有必要进行干预。针对灾后儿童心理干预的特点,从理论的层面选择个别和团体两种方式对灾后儿童进行干预。对于儿童而言,所适合的个别干预方法有沙盘疗法和认知行为疗法;团体干预方法主要为心理剧。个别干预和团体干预对灾后儿童心理问题的干预效果没有显著差异。
Disaster has some influence on children's mental and behavior,intervention is necessary. Theoretically,individual methods,group methods are chosen according to psychological intervention's characteristics of children in post-disaster. Individual intervention includes sand-play therapy and cognitive behavior treatment and group intervention is mostly psychodrama,which are suitable for children. There aren't significant differences between individual intervention and group intervention to psychological intervention for children in post-disaster.
