摘要
各级教师培训是教师专业成长的有效途径和必要手段,现实中教师培训往往流于形式,笔者透过基础教育教师培训中"实工虚做"现象,分析导致教师培训工作流于形式的原因,提出扭转教师培训"实工虚做"局面的有效措施,以促进教师培训工作良性发展。
Teacher's training in all levels is one of the effective and necessary means of their professional development. However,the practice tends to be formalistic actual work. The paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon in basic educational teachers training,putting forward effective measures to promote the development of teacher's training program.
