摘要 新生血管是导致动脉粥样硬化斑块不稳定的因素之一，在斑块的发生、发展中具有重要作用。近年来，对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块内新生血管的检测及评价备受关注，超声造影作为一种微血管显影的新方法，在这一方面发挥独到优势，具有广阔的应用前景。
