摘要
科技档案在科研管理中的作用：一是科研申报中的作用，体现在课题申请、科研选题、课题经费确定三方面的借鉴作用。二是成果转化与评审中缺陷纠正的借鉴作用：①运用科技成果档案中推广应用资料的缺陷指导研究者做好成果资料整理。②指导论文投向，即将主要论文在中华系列杂志发表，同时，应力争有１～２篇体现科研水平的文章投向国外影响面大的核心期刊发表。③运用成果申报填写质量对成果评审的影响指导研究者完善申报资料的填写。
This article analyzes the role of science and technology archives in the management of scientific researches. Firstly, they can provide some reference for grants application, subject selection and funding resources determination. Secondly, they can provide guidance for scientific achievements transfer and appraisal reference to flaw correction. The flaw records can ①serve as guideposts for researchers to file their data or materials correctly; ②direct their publication in appropriate journals, such as the Chinese Serial Journals mostly while some one or two outstanding articles in foreign core journals with high reputations; and ③guide the researchers to write achievement reports based on the lessons from previous records in science and technology archives.
