摘要
通过引入污染重复过滤因子,建立具有有效过滤比的过滤器新的理论模型,采用LabView对过滤器模型进行计算机仿真。结果表明:过滤器的有效过滤比与污染重复过滤因子密切相关,污染重复过滤因子越大,过滤器的有效过滤比越小。研究过滤器污染重复过滤因子及其变化规律,提高过滤器的有效过滤比,可改善液压润滑系统的污染控制。
A new theoretical model of filter with effective filtration ratio was established by introducing the contaminantrepeat-filtration factor. The computer simulation of the filter model was carried on using LabView. The result indicates that the contaminant-repeat-filtration factor and effective filtration ratio of the filter is closely related. The bigger the contaminant-repeat-filtration factor, the smaller the effective filtration of the filter. To research the filter contaminant-repeat-filtration factor and the change rule, to enhance the effective filtration ration of the filter, it improves the contamination control of hydraulic or lubrication system.
