氧化镁在铝硅系耐火材料中的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 以铝矾土为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥、硅微粉为结合系统,分别研究了不同添加量的氧化镁对矾土基喷涂料性能的影响。试样自然干燥24 h脱模后,再经110℃烘干24 h,分别于1 000,1 300,1 500℃热处理3 h。检测各温度热处理后试样的线性变化率(P.L.C)、体积密度(B.D)、抗折强度(M.O.R)、耐压强度(C.C.S)以及试样的热膨胀系数、耐磨性能和抗热震性能。结果表明,随着氧化镁添加量的增加,试样经过110℃烘干后的体积密度逐渐下降,抗折强度和耐压强度随之减小;但经过1 300℃和1 500℃热处理后,试样的体积密度逐渐增大,抗折强度和耐压强度随之增大。经过1 300℃热处理后,试样中添加氧化镁有利于提高耐磨性能。试样中添加氧化镁后增大了试样的热膨胀系数。添加适量的氧化镁可提高试样的抗热震性能。 Effects of different addition amounts of MgO on properties of bauxite-based spray refractory were investigated respectively with bauxite as raw material,calcium aluminate cement and silica flour as binders.After 24 h drying in mould and another 24 h drying at 110 ℃ after demoulding,specimens were heat treated at 1 000 ℃,1 300 ℃,and 1 500 ℃ for 3 h,respectively.Permanent linear change(P.L.C),bulk density(B.D),modulus of rupture(M.O.R),clod crushing strength(C.C.S),thermal expansion coefficient,abrasion resistance,and thermal shock resistance of the specimens heat treated at different temperatures were examined.Results showed that with the increasing of addition of MgO,B.D of the specimen heat treated at 110 ℃ decreased gradually,and M.O.R and C.C.S also decreased;but for the specimens after heat treated at 1 300 ℃ and 1 500 ℃,B.D increased gradually,and M.O.R and C.C.S also increased.Adding MgO into the specimens was beneficial to improve abrasion resistance after heat treated at 1 300 ℃.Adding MgO into the specimens increased thermal expansion coefficient of specimens.Adding right amounts of MgO can improve thermal shock resistance of specimens.
