摘要
延边地区农村土地承包经营权流转过程中存在着一些问题。要解决这些问题,一要规范土地流转操作规程;二要界定土地权属,化解农林矛盾;三要建立健全农村土地承包经营权流转市场;四要以发展农村专业化合作组织来促进土地流转。
Problems have been discovered in the transfer of contractual right of land in rural areas of Yanbian.The followings will be efficient ways to solve these problems： 1.to regulate the operation of land transfer;2.to define the owners and usages of land so as to eliminate the contradictions between agriculture and forestry;3.to establish a healthy market for the transfer of contractual right of land;4.to develop specialized cooperative organizations for the promotion of land transfer.
