摘要
片帮冒顶制约了大采高综采工作面安全高效开采,因此对大采高综采工作面片帮加剧机理进行分析,发现影响工作面片帮的因素有采高、内摩擦角等,运用数值模拟的方法研究了不同采高下的煤壁片帮条件及临界护帮长度,并结合神东矿区的煤层条件,提出提高支架前端的护帮力、支架初撑力和前端支顶力,增加护帮的长度等控制大采高综采工作面片帮的6种措施。
The spalling and roof falling had restricted the safety and high efficient coal mining of the fully mechanized high cutting coal mining face.Thus the spalling increased mechanism of the fully mechanized high cutting coal mining face was analyzed.The factors caused the coal face spalling would be mining height,inner frictional angle and others.The numerical simulation method was applied to the study the coal face wall spalling condition and the coal wall critical support length under the different mining height.In combination with the seam conditions in Shendong Mining Area,there were six measures to increase the coal wall support force at the front of the powered support,the powered support initial support force,the front support force,the length of the coal wall protection plate and other spalling control of the fully mechanized high cutting coal mining face.
