Research on the International Competitive Strategies of American Multi-national Corporations Based on the New Political-technological Hegemony

摘要 文章通过总结经济全球化背景下的美国跨国公司发展战略特点,以谷歌“退出门”为例,分析了强权政治背景下的技术霸权主义现象,研究表明:跨国公司已成为美国扩大软实力和全球影响力的有力武器,是以自己的政治、经济模式和价值观念影响它国的主要途径;我国应当强化以经济、科技、信息安全为核心的国家安全观念,鼓励本土企业在若干产业领域内取得技术领先地位,突破以美国为代表的西方发达国家所维系的“政治——技术霸权”局面,努力取得国际竞争战略收益。 By summing up the characteristics of the development strategy of American multi-national corporations in the context of economic globalization, the paper analyzes technological hegemonism based on the power politics with "Google incident" as an example. The research result shows that multi-national corporations have become the powerful weapon of the United States to expand its soft power and global influence, and have become the main ways to influence other countries with its political economic models and values. China should strengthen its economic, technological, and information security as the core of national security concept, encourage homegrown(domestic) enterprises to achieve global technology leadership in a number of industry fields, break through the situation of "political-technological hegemony" maintained by the Western developed countries represented by America, and strive to achieve the strategic benefits of international competition.
