摘要
注重满足医务人员正当的精神需求,是医院管理者应当思考的一个重要课题。本文结合医务人员的职业性质、工作环境和文化修养等因素,分析了医务人员精神需求的突出特点和主要表现形式,并就如何满足医务人员正当的精神需求进行了探讨。
It is an important question for hospital managers to lay stress on meeting the proper spiritual demands of medical staff.The article analyzed the main features and manifestation of spiritual needs of medical staff according to educational occupation,work environment and cultural refinement.Additionally,the author discussed the measures to meet the proper spiritual demands of the medical staff.
