摘要
随着大功率开关电源功率密度的不断提高,合理的热设计是保证电源可靠工作的前提条件。本文以一台15V/2000A的高频开关电源为例,详细介绍了热设计的方法,给出散热器和风机的选择方案,并基于热分析的结果进行了电源的整体结构设计。最后,仿真和实验结果验证了设计的合理性。
With the continuous improvement on power density of high-power switching power supply, reasonable thermal design works as a prerequisite to ensure a reliable power supply. In this paper, with an example of 15V/2000A high-frequency switching power supply, to detail the thermal design method, radiators and fans are given the options, and based on the results of thermal analysis, complete the overall structure design of power supply. Finally, simulation and experimental results verify the design is reasonable.
