摘要
将模糊多目标评判决策引入输变电工程的建设决策，将规划专家的经验知识结合模糊多目标评判决策理论，提出一种应用于电网规划辅助决策系统的输变电工程评判决策的实用方法。实例计算结果表明，该方法具有客观、实用的特点，符合电网规划的实际工作。
Leading fuzzy multi objective comprehensive decision to the decision of transmission project construction and combining the knowledge from planning experts with the theory of fuzzy multi objective comprehensive decision, a practical method for the transmission project decision of power network planning is presented in this paper. Computation results from concrete construction projects show that the method is objective and effictive, and the demand of practical power system planning can be met by use of this method.
