摘要
针对超载引起的水泥混凝土路面早期破坏问题,利用HDS移动式轴重仪进行了现场轴重测试,得到了超载的可靠数据;进行了高应力水平的混凝土弯曲疲劳实验,得到了混凝土疲劳方程及刚性路面轴载换算方法;对水泥混凝土路面进行了优化分析,并对得到的结果通过铺筑实验路进行了验证。
In order to analyze the reasons of damage from vehicle overload, the test on the actual distribution of axle load is finished on the road of Zhengzhou Changping and Jincheng Bo'ai, in Henan province, by HDS Ⅱ movable culvert loadmeter. According to the concrete fatigue test of high stress ratio, by means of MTS 850 test machine, the fatigue equation and the formula of axle load conversion suitable for heavy axle load are obtained. Based on above studies, we analyse the concrete pavement structures by optimum method. In order to verify the results of study, four kinds of concrete pavements are constructed.
