摘要
可变刚度板簧凸轮形支架的几何结构是影响悬架弹性特性的重要环节之一。结合汽车平顺性及板簧变形运动学的要求,对凸轮形支架几何形状设计进行了研究,所推导的公式适用于可变刚度多片板簧支架的设计计算。
The geometrical structure of cam bear frames joining to leaf springs of variable stiffness play an important role on the causes which affect elastic characteristics of suspensions.Considering the demand for both automotive ride comfort and kinematics of leaf spring deformation,the author studies geometrical design of cam bear frames.The formulas indicated could be applied to the design and calculation of cam bear frames joining to several leaf springs of variable stiffness.
