Study on Oxidative Desulfurization of Simulated Oil With The Acetic Acid-based Ionic Liquid Phase Transfer Catalyst

摘要 利用离子液的合成原理将乙酸嫁接在甲基咪唑上合成乙酸型离子液,使离子液同时具有相转移催化剂和萃取剂的功能,阐明了离子液在模拟油氧化脱硫的反应历程,研究表明在反应温度为80℃,反应时间为30 min,模拟油、离子液和双氧水的量分别为10 mL时具有最佳的脱硫效果,模拟油中噻吩的脱除率可达到73%。 The acetic acid-based ionic liquid was synthesized from acetic acid and methylimidazole by synthetic principle of ionic liquid.The ionic liquid has functions of both phase-transfer catalysts and extractant.In this paper,reaction mechanism of ionic liquid in oxidative desulfurization of simulated oil was introduced.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 80 ℃,reaction time is 30 min,the volume of model oil,ionic liquid and hydrogen peroxide is 10 mL respectively,the best desulfurization effect can be gained,the removal rate of thiophene in simu-lated oil may reach 73%.
