对甲基苯甲醚相转移催化合成工艺探讨 被引量:1

摘要 以四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,催化对甲苯酚与硫酸二甲酯反应合成对甲基苯甲醚,并对催化剂的用量、反应物料比、反应时间、反应温度等因素对产物收率的影响进行了讨论。结果表明,在硫酸二甲酯和对甲苯酚的摩尔比为1.4,相转移催化剂质量分数为6%,pH=8,水浴控温50~60℃,反应时间为6 h条件下,对甲基苯甲醚的产率最高可达92.36%。 Using tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst,p-methyl anisole was synthesized from p-cresol and dimethyl sulfate.Effects of catalyst dosage,reaction material ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature and other factors on the yield of the product were discussed.The results show that when molar ratio of dimethyl sul-fate and p-cresol is 1.4,the phase transfer catalyst dosage is 6%,pH = 8,water bath temperature is at 50~60 ℃,re-action time is 6 h,the yield of p-methyl anisole can be up to 92.36%.
